Dexter is back with a brand new viral

I’ve blogged before about the brilliant dexter viral campaign they did a bit over a year ago.

Well they’re back with a second viral for season 3. Since blogging about it originally I’ve become addicted to the show and have watched season 1 and 2 back to back.

This viral is much the same in that it’s making a friend think they’re the target of a serial killer. They soften it a little bit this time by implying that it’s you that is a suspect, rather than a random serial killer. The last viral really freaked some people out, to the point where they were calling the police thinking it was serious.

You can add details about your victim, such as their age, occupation and then details such as their inability to find a boyfriend, their myspace addition, etc. You can even record your own question for additional believability.

The viral campaign was created by an agency in the UK called Ralph. Go ahead, go and create your own video to send to a friend, then sit back and wait for season 3…
