Moo do business cards

Some great news - Moo, who have previously printed gorgeous little photo cards, are now doing full sized business cards.

It’s US$21.99 for 50 business cards and they can take the photos straight from your Flickr stream, facebook or you can upload them yourself.

You have a photo on one side, and up to 11 lines of copy and your logo on the reverse. You can choose colours, fonts and to add your linkedin details automatically. They even give you a choice of “green” or “standard” paper, with different finishes.

This is a great alternative to getting boring business cards printed. My big gripe with business cards is they’re usually so boring - they should be a conversation starter. My business card at Virgin had all my details but also my coffee preference - a skim latte - with my details. That was always a great ice-breaker and people generally loved the little detail.

The Moo cards are a great way of getting that ice-breaker for a much cheaper price than getting them printed here through the traditional methods.

They are good to get if you’re a contractor or traveller as well - you can have your phone number and email address without having to be tied to a company.

That is the second time this week that I have heard of people adding that little something personal to their business cards like how they like their coffee!!! It is a cracking idea and will be adding something to mine on the next print run!
