Overzealous website lawyers

I was just on the website for the Malaya, a slightly twee restaurant in Sydney, to find their address. After I got through the annoying 2 minute flash intro, I was intrigued to see their legal disclaimer. It is a two page monster that totally puts me off ever eating in their restaurant.

Great site for funky tshirts

A creative director I used to work with has packed in his corporate job and decided to setup a tshirt company.
Adam Hunt is now GoatBoy, a company claiming irony will set you free (well that or wearing ironic tshirts). Either way, they make some funky shirts and they have a pretty cool site too.
