Another terrible user experience

I’m not sure if any of you have had the misfortune of having to call the RTA lately but they need some serious lessons in how to treat their customers.

I’m trying to book myself in for my motorcycle test. You actually can do it online (one small mercy) but I have a question that the website doesn’t answer. I waited on hold for 18 minutes this morning - that is bad enough, but they’re not even playing music, it’s constant radio ads for the RTA. I was so angry and flustered after listening to the ads that I had to hang up - which complete moron decided that it would be a great idea for people to listen to screeching car tyres and breaking glass while on hold? It is the most aggravating sound in the world.

I just tried again and could only take about a minute or so. Seriously RTA, the sound of screeching car tyres and smashing glass is the most horrible sound to listen to and it’s actually affecting my mood. Lose the hold ads and just play the freaking radio or something!
